It's more Garbage Japanese. I suppose the writer wanted to write "I love you," but what s/he actually wrote was
"As for you, the one (I) love, ...."
It is just the beginning of a sentence, with the subject "you, the one (I) love,..."
The reason I put the "I" in parentheses is that the one who loves "you" is not explicitly stated (but in this case it probably is "I" )...  |
