Title
Raven , he said
Translation
English

Translated by tarinoidenkertoja
Target language: English

"Raven - he said - you are such a beautiful bird! How nice and black your feathers are! Your beak is so nicely bent! If you..."
And suddenly, he stopped praising the bird. The raven, feeling proud even though it was cheated, observed the little fox: he waited for more compliments.
Remarks about the translation
inflare : to breath in / to puff up. It also means the habit to inspire deeply and pulling chest out when someone makes you feel important (es. saying compliments)

tarinoidenkertoja, very nice translation!
I have only one remark.
You translated Inflatus by "(The raven) which felt important".
I would translate it by one word: proud/ complacent or full of yourself.

That's great Aneta! "Full of itself" it´s surely better.
