Hi macondo,
That first "Who" isolated, sounds a bit weird.
Is it possible to be a name?

it is isolated and weird in this case, but no it's not a name, maybe thinkginger has put it, to just understand its meaning, not sure!

It can be something like KUSHO, which means "cousin", but I am not sure.

Hi thinkginger,
If you transcribed the line...could you please check the first word? It may be "kusho" instead of "kush".
