It should be:
It would be great to get to know you.

"learn to know you" is a literal translation, however not very commonly used in English.

Also "it seems that you are a great girl. "
would be better this way:

"you seem to be a great girl"

if it is ok for/with you

the last sentence is "Ps lägger till dig som vän om det är ockej för dig.." in english: "ps I want to add you as a friend if thats OK with you..." (like in facebook for example)
