This is not correct in English. It should either be "Thanks always to the subordinates for their good work" or "Always thank your subordinates for their good work", but I can't read Polish, so I don't know which it should be.

The Polish text doesn't have the possessive pronoun "ich" which would be "their"

za ich dobrÄ… prace

But it sounds strange in English to say "the good work" in this context. Does it sound strange in Polish too? If not, then we may have to make a loose tranlation.
