This sentence seems weird to me, as "tanışmak istiyorum" is written on Turkish but "turkey" is written on English...
So if we translate it, it would be: "I want to meet/I want to make the acquaintance. Turkey."

only "tanışmak istiyorum" part should be translated.

I think that's the real meaning, because it doesn't make sense if he says "I want to meet/know turkey" since he is turkish...
