No conjugated verb. But it's an idiom. Word by word, because I don't know the English one: " to fall in with the two legs".

The sense is that i.e. someone tells you something
encredible but you believe him.
"I saw Santa Claus last night". Oh, really, did you.

The person who replies do really belive it so he falls in with the two legs.
