The translation is a bit different from the Dutch one but apparently both translations are possible.

How you are not feeling sorry (for me; for what you say; etc In fact word gjynah is Turkish and it is being used for the purpose to feel sorry or sad over someone or something).
It can mean also "you don't care".
I explained to you "gjynah" is Turkish word and means "sin". The word can mean: you don't care, you don't feel sorry (for me).
Let me give you an example: Si s'te vjen gjynah te me thuash se s'me do? How you don't feel sorry to tell me you don't love me?

S'te vjen gjynah qe duhet te zgjohem heret ne emngjes! You don't care I have to get up early morning.
