It's not bad, particularly because the requester specifically stated that the general meaning would be enough, but it doesn't say "fixed", it says "given", and it doesn't say "changes", it says "ups and downs".

Also, I would say "occur" instead of "happen". How did you know something was wrong?

Um, something is wrong here. Accepting the translation just moves this in the queue of rejected translations to be confirmed. Do I need to reject it (accept the rejection) and let someone do the translation over again?
