Semi

You are my angel.
When your number shines on the screen of my cell phone, it makes my day.
I feel very happy when you say hello, I want you by my side forever, I want to kiss you , I want to cuddle with you, I want to show to the whole world that you are mine.
My love.

Hi miss,

"You illumine my day when I see your cell phone number"

I imagine that what the sentence means is that he feels happy when he sees that the call he is receiving on his cell phone comes from her (number), I mean her number is displayed .
Is that right?

That's right lilian. "on my cell phone" is lacking.

OK, then..let's say that more clearly in English.

instead of:
"You illumine my day when I see your cell phone number"

What about:

"When your number shines on the screen of my cell phone, it makes my day"

A bit longer, different words, but clear enough and more romantic

Well, I've made a few more corrections and I'll set a poll.

The expression "made my day" means that made me really happy, made my day be worth. So "illuminated" was desnecessary, that's why I took it off, OK?
