The only possible way here is transliteration "Chernoe More Privoz". (2) '2-Ñ… Ð¼ÐµÑÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ð¹ Ð½Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÑ€' means 'two-place number' but not 2- X local number. (3) 'Ð¡ ÑƒÐ²Ð°Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼' ('truly yours') at the end of the text is missed.
