This looks fine, but we should make a couple of adjustments.

"...my eyes will get bored as I look at you" would sound better as:

"...my eyes will get tired of looking at you"

Also, you can say either:

" If my eyes close to this life before yours,..."

or

" If I close my eyes to this life before you,..."

As to your second suggestion, "If my eyes close to this life before yours,..." is better because 'my eyes' is in the noun position in the Turkish.
