Good morning Lein,
in general it is regulated,
but:
kusho=cousin(the son of my paternal uncle)
it is a language spoken.
the same word in the written language is
kushëri (thus in dutch is neef ? or... )
{in fact the original Albanian ago mistakes ortografiques }
=>: the meaning of the translation is ok
