or we can say "I'd like a refund of my money."

I think I translated the first sentence as literal as possible. (the subject is "my cargo package" not "I", but of course we can also state it in the way Figen put it)

A more literal translation for the last sentence would be something like this:

In these conditions I would like my payment (to be) returned/refunded and my order (to be) cancelled.

If nobody objects, we can go with the translation above. (or we can prefer Figen's version. I'm all right with it)
