This sentence, as is, is from Bacchides by Plauto (250-184 B.C.), as stated here.
The declension of noun "deus" in Latin is pretty irregular, and seems to have changed over centuries. Anyway, reading that Wikipedia article, "DI" seems to be in the nominative PLURAL - so, I'll edit my translation to plural too.
