Traduzione - Portoghese brasiliano-Danese - dívidas e ônus reais

Unfortunately, this is all the context I have, it´s for a translation of a "imposto de renda" (selvangivelse, in Danish). My problema is (of course) not with the word "dívidas", but with the word "ônus reais". I believe the equivalente word in English would be something like "emcumbrances" or "liens", but the only (good) word I have been able to come up with in Danish so far is "pantegæld". As I am not sure this is the best translation, I´m asking for your help!

Gæld = debts.
Behæftelser = encumbrances - special conditions applying by law to the property.
