"that I haven't written for so long" is an incomplete sentence, it should have something in the beginning, if it doesn't, we should write it:
"... that I haven't written for so long."

thanks for your comment. I know that it's not a complete sentence but there is no dots (...)in the source text and that's why I didn't put them in the tranlsation. I've changed it according to your advice. thx.
