Ability to communicate.

Ability to edit.
Remarks about the translation
Draw up means "a redacta", as a semantical sum of "to write", "to edit" and so on. -- translator

I changed it to "to edit", because "to draw up" cannot stand without an object. -- validator

OK now I am confused. Draw up means one thing, write another and edit a third. How am I supposed to translate it?

Can you give me an example or something that will help me understand?

What's so unclear? I thought the explanations were clear: "to edit" and "to draw up" are synonims but to edit sounds and works better...
