نص أصلي - انجليزي - Tell the people...

As it is not a complete sentence, I personaly suggest to remove it. What do you think about it, colleagues?

Well...actually it IS a complete imperative sentence. It's like "Inform the people!"

Tell the people what? "inform the people" would be acceptable IMO.
I had a translation into French to evaluate and this is not a complete sentence, although it was literaly translated, as requester wanted...

OK, before spreading this one back onto the requested translations, and if you don't mind, we'll use three dots at the end of the original text (whatever is to be told the people)

To try to shed light, I meant the imperative form to be used as a slogan or a phrase. My mistake in not punctuating the sentence with a stop, or an exclamation mark. However, it is the form of the sentence that i am interested in. As you say, perhaps 'inform' may have been more appropriate.
