What do you mean by "If you say this last one many times .."?
"If you repeat that many times..."?
"If you say that many times (repeatedly)..."?
"this last one" doesn't sound well since there is no noun in the former sentence that justifies that "one".

Yes, that's what I mean: "If you repeat that many times..."?
"this last one" probably refers to the whole former sentence "I want you to be happy". But, it may also refer to smt that it's not mentioned in this text.
