I will send you an sms once a week and I will also call you once a month. Besides when I call you and hang up, it means… my love how are you?

I'm not sure what you mean by "When I call you and close it" Do you mean "When I ring off" (meaning when I end the communication).
Let me know what you think, then I'll set a poll.

Hi merdogan
I've taken the "to" at the beginning of the first phrase out, it makes it more readable.
And I've set a poll.

Hi all
"Hang up" works in British English too
, so I'll edit and validate.
