I did not add them since the original text does not have them. But if the rule is to add them whether the original text has them or not, i can add them.

Although the original sometimes lacks the proper punctuation, the translation must be correct in the target language and you will never see a text written in good English using the pronoun "I" in lower case, for example.
So, please correct your text so that we can set a poll, OK?
