As for the second one, it lacks a subject (pronoun) to go with the verb.("je"( "I" ), "tu"( "you" ), "il"( "he" ), or "elle"( "she" ), which are singular pronouns. "vous" here is the indirect object (the addressee), not the subject of the verb "souhaite".

for it to make sense, this text should read this way :

"Je t'aime tellement, je t'ai beaucoup trop aimé. Je vous souhaite à tous la bénédiction du Ramadan."
