There are also more natural ways of saying this in English too, so maybe the translation into English could be one of these more natural sayings, expressing approximately the same idea:
There's a light at the end of the tunnel?
The night is darkest just before the dawn?

Anyway, cjcjmkx7's translation is an accurate-enough rendition of this idea, so I guess I'll approve it, so Okamoto-san can get her Hindi and Hebrew versions as soon as possible!
