	Lein Počet príspevkov: 3389	OK, I have changed it. I think 'landlord' will work here, I am just not quite sure if a company or agency could be a landlord. I think 'prior consent' shouldn't have an 'a' in front of it and would rather keep 'obtained' than 'issued'. Thanks for the suggestions!
