I guess it should end on -mo, not -mi, in which case it should be translated as the ....thirty-secondth.

There isn't "secondth" in English as far as I know.

The fifth place (ordinal)
The fifth part of something.(fraction)

The thirty-second place.
The thirty-second part of something.

Concorda?

Hi, to make it clear in English you might write it this way, in which case there would be no confusion:

eight hundred and twenty-five one hundred and thirty-second.

If you write it this way, the first part is a number (825) and the second the second one is a point in a linerar time scale (the 132nd Earl of Flatbush which could be spelled The one hundered and thirty-second Earl of Flatbush)
