Wow, what a pretty poem.
I can't do Russian, so I'll have to ask for a poll, but your English seems good here.
Just one question, is it "hold and don't leave" or "hold me and don't leave" pr "hold on and don't leave"?

Tantine | | | 25 ספטמבר 2007 23:00 | | | If my sclerosis fails me today :-) It's lyrics to a song of the popular Ukranian girl group "ViaGra". Let me make a suggestion. I think "My Beloved Light Ray B.L.R" is better. | | | 26 ספטמבר 2007 00:12 | | | The best avatar ever, RainnSaw. | | | 26 ספטמבר 2007 05:22 | | | Where do these seemingly random abbreviations come from? The original says L.M.L. | | | 26 ספטמבר 2007 05:34 | | | I have hesitations concerning this variant: "Thread of light". Perhaps, it's possible to change my variant into "sunshine". It's more wide-spread in English songs.
To Tantine:
So, Tantine, I've corrected "hold me". Please, suggest your variant on translation of "thread of light". In Russian variant it means a "sunray" or "sunbeam" but in a diminutive-hypocoristic form and it refers to a beloved person. Which phrase or word is more appropriate in English in this case? | | | 26 ספטמבר 2007 05:36 | | | Л.Ðœ.Л. - the first letters of the phrase "Лучик Мой Любимый" in the Russian variant. | | | 26 ספטמבר 2007 05:44 | | | | | | 26 ספטמבר 2007 06:13 | | | Hi Melissenta, Rainnsaw, Kafetzou, Casper
"Sunbeam" is a typical term of endearment in England, "Sunray" is not, so I would choose "Sunbeam".

Tantine | | | 26 ספטמבר 2007 08:46 | | | You ALONE have warmed me.
but you GLOW (imperative) with a WHITE light. | | | 26 ספטמבר 2007 16:18 | | | I must say, Veroliga's suggestions is right. And in the first sentence, it seems to me that she proposes to hold her hearth and then everything that comes with it. But it's not so important. | | | 2 אוקטובר 2007 06:14 | | | Hi All
Hi Jimi Rainnsaw, I was listening to Hendirx last night!!!!!
If everyone is Ok with the text in it's present form, I will validate.
