One of my friends who is roumanian talk to me in is mother tongue. He knows that I understand nothing at all but he keeps to talk to me in roumanian ! So I need your help for the translation in english and/or in french... Thanks for your help.

I would take out all those "the", you don't need them and the text would sound better.

I have the same comment as Titanium1, I would rather use "small things" and not "niggling". The text reffers to the small things in life that makes one happy and not to the annoying things.
