I also translated this text to English -it's waiting for evaluation. my version is not so different from yours:

Don't deem that my love is orphan for I love you. I would even die, but I still don't beg; my love is my dignity/nobility

In my opinion it is correct as it is now, but Lilian have some doubts about the use of "orphan" there. Kafetzou, you and Lilian should decide whether this usage is correct as English experts.
