It is common phrase like "They say Rome wasn't built in a day "...

yes, i agree, this is why i chose this expression. it is a common pattern for translating phrases like "говорÑÑ‚..."

I used to learn Russian, so I really feel the word "говорÑÑ‚". In Polish it will be "mówiÄ…". So, I agree with you
