Yes, you could say that. But It could be missunderstood. "I want to live in Turkey and I want to live in Canada too."
Ben de = me too;
kanada'da yaÅŸamak istiyorum= I want to live in Canada.
Don't you agree?

Sorry lenab, I do not. These words form only one sentence, not two. There would be a comma after "Ben de", if there were two sentences.
Change the order of the words and try again:
"Kanada'da ben de yaÅŸamak istiyorum."

Hi Minuet and Lenab!
Our sentence is
Ben de Kanada`da yaÅŸamak istiyorum. (me too)
Not
Ben Kanada`da da yasamak istiyorum (in Canada, too).

ben de = me too
Kanada`da = in Canada
Kanada`da da = in Canada, too (also)

Anlam olarak anlaşılır bir cümle ama gramer hatası var. Ve bence bir dili sağlamlaştıran da onun grameridir. "I want to live in Canada as well" desek daha doğru olur gibi geliyor. Ayrıca, tam Türkçe düşünülerek çevirilmiş.

The problem is not the meaning of the sentence, but where you put the "too; also, as well".
In Turkish it is one sentence with an emphasis on the subject. You could say only:"kanada'da yaÅŸamak istiyorum" I want to live in Canada. You have a subject there (-um). Ben de= me too. In Enlish the "too" should be connected with the word it referres to, in this case "I", not Canada.
"I too want to live in Canada" could be a solution, but the common way to put it is my first choice above.

I think it should be:

"I also want to live in Canada"

I trust you Lilian, so I edit.

However I think it's ambiguous when you read it. When speaking, you can make it clear what you mean by stress. That's why I wanted the "me too = ben de" in the beginning.

If you want to stress the will, maybe you can say:
"I absolutely want to live in Canada"
