Hello,how are you? Forgive me, yesterday I went to Denizli. My cousins came from Australia.I couldn't throw the party but I postponed it to Monday. The weather is very hot here. What is it like there?

were come ----> came
"I coudn’t do the party but I defered it on Monday"
I think what you mean is:
"I couldn't
throw
the party, I
postponed it to
Monday."
"postpone" is not as formal as "defer" which is more used in legal matters, official documents.
"The weather is very hot here."
