Hi merdogan,
Your translation looks fine, however, this is a largely known quote by Seneca and it reads in English as:
"If a man does not know what port he is steering for, no wind is favorable to him"
Even not being literal translations, I think quotes and proverbs should be presented as they are known in the target language.

The german text says WER nicht weiss = Who desn't know, not A man.
