Sure it is Hebrew characters, I think some requesters are a little too fast to submit sometimes, they should be more carefull, as Chinese characters are quite different from Hebrew characters, it is hardly possible to mix them up...
However, at least in Brazil, anything that is not written in Latin letters could be dubbed as "Japanese" or "Chinese". On purpose, I'm a bit surprised she didn't mark it as "Japanese".
This isn't up only to Brasilian members, but a lot of members, when they submit texts, do it very quickly, and don't take the time to do things well (as nowadays everything's got to go faster an faster...)
So it is quite often that I got to edit a source language, or edit source and target languages when they are mixed-up.
