I guess it should end on -mo, not -mi, in which case it should be translated as the ....thirty-secondth.

There isn't "secondth" in English as far as I know.

Lilian, não há menção de milhar no texto. Portanto parecem ser dois números escritos por extenso independentes e o "thousand" não deve ser exibido.

Dá para confundir, não? Ele se refere na nota apenas à fração matemática.
Acho bem provável que ele tenha esquecido de colocar o "mille".

cheguei à conclusão de se trata da fração:
825/132 que então deve ser lida assim como você sugeriu.

Concorda?

Hi, to make it clear in English you might write it this way, in which case there would be no confusion:

eight hundred and twenty-five one hundred and thirty-second.

If you write it this way, the first part is a number (825) and the second the second one is a point in a linerar time scale (the 132nd Earl of Flatbush which could be spelled The one hundered and thirty-second Earl of Flatbush)
