"anbragte børn" betyder at barnen har blivit flyttade fron sina föräldrar inte at dom er sårbara.

"anbragte" means "placed somewhere", usually placed by public authorities away from the children's parents. I don't know a corresponding English term.

I do agree with the new translation . Last time I said it was wrong because of : "anbragte:vulnèrables
but "Under Foster Home Care" , I think it's just the right translation.

Not only orphans are separated from their parents, there are also children who are taken in charge by social services because it was stated by authorities that these children (for one reason or another) can't live with their parents.
