This would be:

I won't give up on you. Meaning :I won't stop believeing in you/ I'll keep supporting you.

Something is weird with the source text.

It can be interpreted either as you suggested: "Jag ger inte upp MOT dig /I won't surrender to you" (IOW: I won’t let you win.) or "Jag ger inte upp OM dig" (Lena's suggestion)
