Sorry, but i've no idea what the text could mean. A friend of mine wrote it to me, so it could be everything...

Ok, that doesn't make much sense. The first word has an accent which means it's the interrogative adverb "how" and not the relative "that".

Alternative translation: Depending on the context, it may mean, in colloquial Greek, "What do you mean he can't see me?"
