And from where do you know that "pétasse" is translatable into Latin by "stulta ambubaia" (stupid chicory)?

the 1) can be seen as correct, but

Even if it is translated by "flute"player, I think it isn't the right meaning for "pétasse".
Best description for "pétasse" would be a woman who is not very kind with others, mostly desprises the others, has got a high opinion on herself although she's got nothing to be proud about except maybe physical advantages... | | |
