I'm in doubt about that "coalfish", this species exists, but is not very well-known, don't you mean "codfish" ?
egg ---> eggs
shrimp ---> shrimps
béarnaise---> Béarnaise sauce
Vanilla ---> vanilla

Lilian ....and look at the first "column" and the word "lieu noir"...Swedish is "gråsej alt. sej" and English would be Coalfish or coley? Is it better?
