I'm in doubt about that "coalfish", this species exists, but is not very well-known, don't you mean "codfish" ?

egg ---> eggs
shrimp ---> shrimps
béarnaise---> Béarnaise sauce

Check this out Lilian ....and look at the first "column" and the word "lieu noir"...Swedish is "gråsej alt. sej" and English would be Coalfish or coley? Is it better?
