Ο.k.It's better to use the word γοητευτικός for a man,in the same way that handsome is used in english to indicate a charming man.
On the other hand θελκτικός would be used for instance to describe a smile, not a person.
In any case,it's a word that makes you think more of a woman,maybe because we're the ones that θέλγουμε...Haven't you heard the expression γυναικεία θέλγητρα?
