Lorsque l'on ne donne rien,
on ne peut pas non plus s'attendre à recevoir quelque chose.
Et l'on se retrouve isolé.
Si isolé que l'on doit finir par donner quelque chose.

When one doesn't give anything,
he can't expect to receive anything.
And he finds himself alone.
So lonely that he ends up giving something.

In the last phrase, the German word that is used is 'etwas' which is 'something' rather than 'anything'.

Happy to help you. Can't do it often. Your English is better than mine.

How did "one" change to "he" in the second line?

Does anybody can confirm that the last sentence is "So lonely that he ends up giving something" and not "So lonely that he needs to give something"

The Russian translation uses the second one... It must be wrong then...

I prefer this English translation:

When you don't give anything
you can't expect to receive anything
and you find yourself alone,
so lonely that you end up giving something.
