Is this correct Romaji, and is it translatable according to our rules?

kimi no koto itsumademo watashino no kokoro kinen
but we will have to correct it to
kimi no koto wa itsumademo watashi no kokoro ni kinen sarete iru
for it to make sense.
The corrected version would mean:
