Hi Ernst and Lene,

"The boat that sings" or "The singing boat" is not a "complete sentence" as required by our rule #4.
Even if the verb is conjugated it doesn't work here as the verb of the sentence. The same happens with participles, present or past, they are not considered conjugated verbs.
Actually, all that is just the subject of an incomplete sentence. See what I mean?
