I used "personal" for "özel".
and if there is something on the land e.g.olive tree they are not in this tax.Therefore I used "only". | | |

I think what you wanted to say is conveyed by the word "itself", which is also not in the original, but I think it can stay. Otherwise there is an added emphasis that's not in the original. | | |
