Yes, it's possible. Is it the case here? a present perfect tense?

Hi lilian,
this is not a word by word translation, so what happened is not in the Turkish text, it's more like
Ozan, what is this appearance

Yes, you're right turkishmiss. But we can't translate it like this.

I don't see any difference between simple past and present perfect here.

"The present one is way better"
Is this an idiom?
or is it "you are more better (good-looking) now" ?

'The present appearance','The one you have now'. It's what the text says.. I don't know if it's better now or previously.. :-/

By the way, "way better" = "much better". OK now?

I guess "your present appearence" or "actual appearance" would be better because in this case "halin" is not translated, it can only be understood "ÅŸimdiki daha iyi", but what about "halin"? Because the meaning is not that clear at this point, for my opinion.

What's wrong with "way better"? This translation sounds way too formal. My suggestion:

Ozan, what's up with the look?
Why - didn't you like it?
No way - you look better now.
Ha ha - I got it. Thanks.

NOTE: I would not translate "cnm" (canım), because it could be misleading in English. We do not say "dear" or "my dear" between friends - only between (older) lovers or a married couple. I don't think there is a translation for "cnm" in this context.
