I think it is separate sentences that will be used on a website.

Your last line is slightly wrong. The swedish text express that they wish you to return "next hour" in order to use another 35 messages.

Oh yes you're right Porfyhr, don't know why I translated "next time".

So literally it would be "come back gladly next hour, but I don't know how to make it a good English sentence...

The Swedish sentence can't be translated literally. I think the best way to make an equal expression is: "Feel free to return for another hour (and 35 new messages)!"
