I think "barmeninin yanına" is just used to form a rhyme with "arama bidaha". There is no relationship between them. If we added "now go to your bartender's side!", it wouldn't be wrong in my opinion.

My translation is what it actually says (as you can see from gulshah's translation). As for whether it should be "man" or "girl", it's just a genderless exclamation in Turkish, so maybe it should be something like "gosh" or "argghh".
