As this is just English "transliterated" into Greek letters (if this ever exists...), I'd rather believe that "κάÏγα" is the proper name "Karla" with a gamma instead of a lambda. These two Greek letters are pretty similar, if you consider their minuscule versions are one upside down the other. The "transliterator" could have been confused.

A google search of "Αι λοβ γιου κάÏγα" brings only frugal results. Maybe we should use the notes? I mean if there's no Carla involved we could get someone in trouble! |
